Synopsis
After moving to a Brexit-voting frontier town on the border of England, where small boats of refugees arrive from France every day, a filmmaker tries to cross over societal divides and understand British identity in a moment of change and crisis. She becomes drawn into the lives of five characters, first entrenched in her beliefs and ideologies, over time finding kinship with people she would least expect.
