Synopsis
Garry Fraser was born into a family of poverty, violence and alcohol addiction on Edinburgh’s notorious Muirhouse estate. In this documentary, Fraser, a filmmaker and recovered heroin addict, takes us to the heart of the poor, marginalized community he grew up in. This is an open and heart rending journey where Fraser faces some grim challenges before being able to move forward with his own life.
