fIXers
Synopsis
fIXers follows a man seeking righteous vengeance for the death of his brother, who crosses paths with a corrupt group of police officers and the criminal they are intent on taking down.
Tom Vaughn returns home to the South Coast from London to attend the funeral of his brother Rick, a hotshot cop and member of a maverick police unit called the fIXers. The fIXers go after and ‘fix’ criminals who consider themselves above the law. Rick died in the line of duty on a drugs bust and Tom thinks there is more to this than meets the eye.
A former internal affairs detective, Mackenzie, who was working with Rick to bring the fIXers down from within, confirms Tom’s theory. Working together, Tom and Mackenzie begin to take apart the fIXers piece by piece.
With the noose tightening as both Tom and Mackenzie and Internal Affairs close in, fIXers leader Hamilton has just one chance to make a final, desperate break for freedom.
