Little Deaths
Synopsis
Malcolm's life is going nowhere. He leads a mundane existence working in a bookshop. The only thing that keeps him going is the unique relationship he has with a prostitute who he visits once a week.
Her disappearance triggers a turbulent, obsessive investigation. Already cut off from reality by his own imagination, incapable of differentiating between reality and his mind, he attempts to track her down using the few leads left behind by the mysterious woman. Eventually he will find she also leads another upper middle class existence in suburbia.
Seen through Malcolm's warped mind, this is a thriller about identity and isolation, desire and despair.
