Love Is Not Enough
Synopsis
For 100 years the movie business has been driven by entrepreneurs ploughing all their passion and energy into bringing entertainment to the masses. This film is about one such individual, an independent filmmaker with a burning ambition to make movies. However, right now, he's due to shoot a pop promo for an unsigned pop group. But things take a downturn when he is late for a meeting with a top Hollywood movie executive and then later his agent fires him.
Undeterred, he decides to use the band's money to finish his own film, a film he's been working on unsuccessfully for over five years. He contacts his original cast and discovers they are no longer available, such as the lead actress heavily pregnant and the lead actor refusing to continue after so long a delay. But this is the 21st Century and anything is possible so we take to the road and follow his attempts to complete his seminal movie project. However, it's not as easy as it seems. These days' people want dough for the show. They want to know what they're doing and where they're doing it. They want to see a script, they want food, and most of all they want paying. But this is lo-no budget. There's no script, no food and no money. There's only love. And sometimes love is not enough.
