Soliloquy in the Dust
Synopsis
In 2009 the remains of Shakespeare's first theatre were uncovered in Shoreditch. Director Trevor Melvin breathes life into this discovery with a fusion of film, theatre and psychogeography, staging Hamlet's most famous soliloquy at the site where the play premiered in the 1590s.
