Synopsis
James is deeply disturbed by the vibrations caused by the train that carries nuclear waste past his home. Mentally disturbed and full of guilt he resolves to run away leaving his family behind. But once outside he enters a dreamscape London falling apart at the seams and wonders whether he will ever see his partner and daughter again.
